7. No Return & No Refund Policy

All sales made on Urbaneedz are final.

However, if you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, you must contact us within 24 hours of delivery at shopurbaneedz@gmail.com along with supporting photos/videos. We will review the issue and provide an appropriate resolution at our sole discretion.
